This is just an excerpt; a quarter of the full credo, mission statement, non-negotiables or value imperatives of a culture that was instilled in me, however you want to phrase it, almost twenty-five years ago when I was fortunate to begin a career serving the public as an accountant,,, better known as the CPA or Certified Public Accountant which I’ve made a part of my life mantra: These are things that I hold dear to me and that I know all of our team holds dear to them because a culture is a way of life, it is a way of successfully delivering valuable pieces of information, knowledge and services to the people that rely on us to do so.

Martin is the founder of our firm based in North Canton, Ohio and has 25 years of public accounting experience. Martin is also admitted to practice as an Investment Advisor recognized by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) of the United States holding a General Securities Representative Qualification Series 7 Examination (considered the most difficult of all the securities licensing exams) in addition to Life, Health & Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses. Martin’s culture of thriving began with a Big Four Firm followed by a decade of learning in a large Regional Firm.

In addition, Martin’s grassroots approach to building Kail Company CPA, LLC has been part of an initiative to offer work across the country as the onset of industry-wide change began taking place for a myriad of reasons. Currently, he is entering his twentieth year serving pro-bono as Treasurer on a local Center for the Arts board of directors and was chairman of the committee tapped to select nominees for the second term board governing a local Leadership Group primarily focused on maintaining/growing area non-profit organizations/activities. Mr. Kail has also contributed a considerable amount of time to a local university in their small business incubator with a prominent role of instructing/assisting new and seasoned entrepreneurs in maintaining tax compliance along with development of an accurate accounting system for external/internal reporting purposes.
